Cancellations and missed appointments
We request a minimum of 24-hours notice for any cancellations.
In a busy practice it is a waste of valuable surgery time if appointments are missed and it greatly inconveniences others. Therefore missed appointments without notice or justification will be charged at a rate applicable to the length of the appointment.
Our policy on abusive or violent behaviour
Thankfully this is something we do not have a lot of experience of, but it is still unacceptable for whatever reason. Any patient or visitor will be asked to leave the premises immediately if they become aggressive or abusive to any member of our staff and their registration with us will be terminated. In any event of threats or violence the police will be called and charges made.
Practice complaints procedure
Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we endeavour to deal swiftly and courteously with any problems that may occur. Warrington House Dental Practice takes any complaint very seriously and therefore we operate a practice complaints procedure, available on request from any member of staff. Any complaint about the service we provide should in the first instance be address to our Practice Manager Christine White.
